The Protocol on joint activities with the Center for innovative development of Moscow
On September 16 signed a Protocol on joint activity of Fund of development of innovative entrepreneurship of the CCI and Center for innovative development of Moscow.

The center for innovative development of Moscow (CID) was established by Government of Moscow with the aim of developing and implementing state programs of development of high-tech sectors of the economy.
MIDC is also the main executor of the program "Moscow is the innovative capital of Russia" state program "Stimulation of economic activity" in the years 2012-2016, the implementation of which Moscow needs to become a more attractive place for realization of innovative projects.

Realizing the need of development of information-analytical and organizational cooperation between the Parties in the region find and implement the most effective solutions in the interests of Moscow, the sides signed a Protocol of joint activities.

In accordance with the document an electronic system for Open R&D centers will create a special section for placement of technological requests.

E-the system was launched in July 2013. It allows you to combine the functionality of a virtual office with capacity of social media to raise under the solution of complex technological problems of scientific and technological potential of innovative enterprises, Universities and research institutes regardless of their geographical location.

To access the system is quite simple, you need to install virtual office, which is distributed through the offices of the Fund, as well as the chamber of Commerce.

Thus, organizations that use this virtual office to manage their business processes, and generate "social" ("science and technology") network and contact with industry-specific technology request in the system can participate in the discussion, propose solutions and to form cooperation with a view to its implementation.

The advantage of this approach is that the city will be able to "connect" to the resources of foreign scientific and technological base and to search for ideas and technologies on the open market, which will significantly save financial and time resources.

The parties also agreed to assist innovative enterprises in the field trials the most promising innovative products on the test sites CIR in Moscow.

The Protocol was signed by the General Director of Fund of development of innovative entrepreneurship by Pavel Rybin and Deputy Director General of the innovation development Centre of Moscow Pavel Svistunov.
